The first time I made this, I added everything to the ramekin and cooked it, and it did not turn out well.
There was too much liquid. I should have realized that would happen because the mushrooms, spinach, and onions contain so much moisture.
I tried it again differently, and it was so delicious that I wanted to share it with you!
Preheat the toaster oven to 375º F.
Gather your ingredients—add anything you like to your eggs!
I grabbed eggs, cheese, ham, onions, mushrooms, and spinach.

To start, precook the mushrooms, onions, and spinach in a skillet.
Add a tab of butter to a skillet and cook the mushrooms and onions until tender.

Place the spinach on top of the vegetables and let it sit for a bit to steam cook.
