Today, we’re learning to make a Malibu Bay Breeze. It’s a tasty spin on the Bay Breeze Cocktail. This tasty tropical mixed drink is make using only three ingredients: Malibu rum, pineapple juice and cranberry juice. You’ll love how easy it is to mix this up at home!

Ingredients

  • Malibu Rum – Use Malibu or any coconut flavored rum.
  • Pineapple Juice – Store-bought pineapple juice works great for this recipe.
  • Cranberry Juice Cocktail – Store-bought cranberry juice works great for this recipe.
  • Garnish Ideas – I used a lemon wedge, some maraschino cherries and paper umbrellas for my garnish. Fresh pineapple slices would also be a nice touch.

How to Make

Begin by filling a tall glass with ice.

Pour in coconut rum, pineapple juice and then top with cranberry juice.

Serve immediately!

Tips for Making

  • If you not into coconut flavored rum, you can substitute light or dark unflavored rum you have on hand for this recipe.
  • Be sure to add the cranberry juice last for a beautiful ombre layered effect.
